Standard Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled trip are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable third-party booking and processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are not eligible for refunds unless you purchased Trip Protection at checkout. Trip Protection Trip Protection can be added during checkout and gives you a little more flexibility if your plans change. Cancel up to 12 hours before your trip and receive a refund according to the terms of the protection plan. If you cancel within 48 hours without Trip Protection, your reservation may be rescheduled for another available date or converted to a gift card/credit for a future float. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations without Trip Protection. Weather & River Conditions Tubing trips operate in most weather conditions, including light rain and overcast skies. Guest concerns about rain chances, temperatures, or general weather preferences do not qualify for refunds outside of the standard cancellation policy.
